Is there an inside and an outside?
Where do words come from? And movements?
What do the words do to the movement? and the other way around?
What in me and in my life wants to move and how, in which form, what is the performativity of it?
Exploring the dwelling on the edge of awareness, the edge of what is already known and not yet known.
We will: practice daydreaming, practice movement while speaking the moment, Integrate Focusing, felt sensing, Authentic Movement, writing and diverse physical and performative practices in which the relationship between the 'I' and the environment finds new ways of interaction.
The workshop is open to artists, dancers, therapists, and other curious people who are ready to dive into experience. You are welcome whether you are a professional in this field or taking another step in your personal journey.

Ruth Sar Shalom
For 30 years, I have been accompanying people in various ways, teaching Focusing courses and workshops. I love exploring and inquiring into human interactions, which enables the pause between words, the sensing, feeling, and perceiving that invite the "more" and the "new” to emerge.
Shaked Mochiach (Homepage Shaked)
I am a choreographer, musician, and dancer. I create choreography for human encounters, exploring the potential for shared transcendence in the dancing body. I am interested in the human process unfolding within the creative process, giving birth to aesthetic movement and performance. I create stage works with performers from diverse identities and backgrounds and work with a wide range of communities across age, culture, and social backgrounds. I am a graduate of the two-year choreography program at the Kelim Center, and hold a B.A. degree in Dance.
